INGREDIENTS:
  • Avocado - ½
  • Katori finely diced onion - ½
  • Katori diced tomato - ½
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt & pepper [to taste]
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl.  Step 2 Add in onion, garlic, tomato.  Step 3 Season with lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste.
