This pizza is rich in superfoods - Feta cheese, Chicken, garlic, mixed herbs, capsicum, tomato, black pepper which are abundant in antioxidants and phytochemicals. Feta cheese is low in fat and high in protein and low in sodium. This pizza is exclusively low sodium, unlike the traditional pizza, making it a super healthy food. Black pepper is anti-inflammatory and aids in weight loss.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Whole wheat pizza base - 1 no
  • For herb grilled chicken:
  • Chicken (shredded) - 75 g
  • Garlic (finely minced) - 2 cloves 
  • Dried herbs (thyme, basil, oregano) – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – a pinch 
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • For the tomato sauce:
  • Tomato (chopped) - 2 medium sizes 
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Capsicum (chopped) - 1 medium size
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Black pepper - a pinch 
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • For the Alfredo sauce:
  • Butter - 1 tsp
  • Feta cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 For the herb grilled chicken: Add all the ingredients in a bowl and let the chicken marinate for 2 hours. Step 2 Add oil in a pan and grill the chicken from both the sides, till gulden brown. Cut into small piece. Keep aside. Step 3 For the tomato sauce: Add oil in a pan. Add garlic and fry for a minute. Step 4 Add tomatoes and capsicum and 12 cup water. Cook till tomatoes and capsicum have cooked and all the extra water is evaporated. Add salt and black pepper.  Step 5 For the Alfredo sauce: Heat butter in a pan.  Add salt and black pepper. Add feta cheese.  Step 6 On the pizza, a base spread some tomato sauce, Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken on top, heat the pizza base with topping in the microwave for 2-3 mins.
