Smoothies are always some of the best ways to include n number of nutrients together in breakfast or as an evening meal. As the name suggests this smoothie contains Green peas that are high in proteins and filled with copious amounts of vitamins A, K, C, fibers, and minerals like manganese, thiamin, and folate. Vitamin K and polyphenols in Kale fights inflammation. The combination of B, vitamins, magnesium and tryptophan in pumpkin seeds has been known to improve mood and decrease stress. Drink up this nutrient dense beverage and avail its benefits!

INGREDIENTS:
  • Almond milk/soy milk, [unsweetened] - 1 cup 
  • Pineapple/apple - ½ katori
  • Banana/berries - 1 katori
  • Green peas [frozen] - ½ katori
  • Kale / lettuce [optional] - 1 cup 
  • Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Whey Protein (if advised) - 1 scoop 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a blender, combine the milk, fruits & seeds. Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie. Step 2 Blend until smooth consistency.
