As part of balancing the body's pH, apple cider vinegar creates an overall detoxification of the body. Mustard seeds are indeed very rich in phytonutrients, minerals, vitamins, and anti-oxidants. Olive oil is rich in essential fats especially heart-friendly monounsaturated fatty acids which also helps in absorption of the nutrients present in the salad.

  • Raw Organic Honey - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - ½ tsp
  • Vinegar - ½ tsp
  • Ground black pepper - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - ½ tsp
  • Hot sauce (optional) - ½ tsp
Step 1 In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, mustard, black pepper, salt, garlic, ulive oil and hot sauce until thoroughly combined. Chill until serving.
