Cucumber helps to fight inflammation, keeps you hydrated, flushes out toxins. Hung curd works as an energy booster, rich in calcium and proteins also beneficial for those who are lactose intolerant and cannot take milk. Mint leaves boost immunity and help to aid in digestion.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  • Finely grated cucumber - ½
  • Mint leaves - 4-5 
  • Lemon juice - ¼ tsp
  • Roasted cumin [jeera] - ½ tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Peel the cucumber and grate it.  Step 2 Remove the excess water from it. Step 3 Mix all the ingredients with hung curd. Step 4 Sprinkle pepper on top and serve.
