Lavender lends a lovely, subtle flavour to the simple sugar-free green tea.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Lavender Green-tea bag - 1 no.
  • Water - 1 glass 
  • Lime juice - 1 tsp 
  • Fresh lavender blossoms - 2- 3 [optional] 
  • Lavender sprigs - 1 no. [optional] 
  • Ice - as per needed
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat water in a medium saucepan until it just begins to simmer.  Step 2 Remove from heat and add tea, lavender and lime juice.  Step 3 Steep for 5 minutes.  Step 4 Strain into a heatproof pitcher or bowl. Let it coul.  Step 5 Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with lavender sprigs if you like.
