Jaggery is full of antioxidants and minerals like zinc, selenium thereby preventing free-radicals. It also helps boost resistance against infections and build stronger immunity. Another main ingredient is curd which has various health benefits as it helps in digestion, is good for lowering blood pressure, moisturize skin, prevents vaginal infections, boosts immunity and makes bones stronger.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Curd - 200 g
  • Cardamom - 1 no.
  • Cinnamon - ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg - a pinch
  • Almonds [crushed] - 4 nos.
  • Pistachios [crushed] - 3 nos.
  • Palm Jaggery [crushed] - 10 g
  • Resource Diabetic Protein Powder - 1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In the blender add curd, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, Resource diabetic protein powder, and jaggery. You can add water to make it little thin. Step 2 Blend it till you get a thick and smooth consistency. Step 3 Garnish with crushed almonds and pistachios.
