Curd has good bacteria' present in it which strengthens your immune system by fighting against several microorganisms that are present in the body.   • Deseeded and finely chopped ripe black jamun - 15 g 
  • Whisked low-fat curds - 30 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted cumin seeds powder -  ¼ Teaspoon
  • Finely chopped coriander - 10 g 
  • A sprig of coriander for garnishing

Step 1 Combine the curd, jamuns, salt, cumin seeds powder and coriander in a bowl and mix well. Step 2 Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Step 3 Serve chilled garnished with a sprig of coriander.
