Khyati's Health-O-Meter Says:

Kombucha is a fermented tea that has been consumed for thousands of years.

It helps in functions like digestion, inflammation and has "phytochemicals" such as gallic acid, catechin and rutin which helps in weight loss. It acts as a probiotic as well.

It supplies us with sky-high energy, quells pain, fends off cancer, detoxifies and improves the immune system.

Buckwheat Khichdi

The combination of fat, protein, and fiber makes this Khichdi a high satiety food. Also, Buckwheat has a high-quality protein that delivers all of the eight essential amino acids, including lysine, which is usually lacking in grains. This is a powerful combination that helps in suppressing appetite, regulating blood sugar, improving digestive health, and building lean muscle.

Strawberry Yogurt Popsicle

Good for summers; this chilled recipe is rich in antioxidants, fiber and also gut friendly. Loaded with natural sweetness from fruit sugar it keeps the need of adding extra sugar away and therefore saves us from eating empty calories.
