INGREDIENTS:
  • Parsley, chopped finely - 100 g
  • Tomato, chopped finely - 25 g
  • Onion, chopped finely - 25 g

  • Lemon - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine parsley, onion, and tomato in a deep bowl. Mix well. Step 2 Add freshly grounded black pepper, salt, and ulive oil and toss it to mix well. Step 3 Top it with some fresh lemon juice. Step 4 Serve immediately.
