INGREDIENTS:
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp 
  • Parsley/coriander - 1 katori 
  • Water - 1 glass 
  • Chia seeds [soaked] - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take parsley/coriander and lemon juice and blend it in a blender .  Step 2 Mix the blended lemon parsley in a glass of water.  Step 3 Garnish with chia seeds and drink.
