INGREDIENTS:
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 lime per cup
  • OR Lemon peel - 1/2 lemon
  • Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 1 cup
  • 3 - 4 mint leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take 1 cup of room temperature water or lukewarm water. Step 2 Squeeze lemon,add the grated ginger and mint leaves and let boil for 3-4 minutes. Step 3 Strain it and enjoy this refreshing tea!
