Paneer contains protein and nutrients like vitamin B12, selenium, vitamin D, and riboflavin. Red bell pepper and tomato are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, necessary for reducing stress and inflammation in the body. Brown rice being fiber-rich, increase satiety level, regulates blood sugar levels, and helps in weight management. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Paneer [low-fat] - 30 g 
  • Brown rice [cooked] – 1 katori 
  • Mix bell peppers – 1 katori
  • Tomato [chopped] – 2 tbsp
  • Onion [chopped] – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic [minced] –  1 no.
  • Coriander [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cumin powder - ¼  tsp
  • Soy sauce - ½  tsp
  • Sriracha sauce - ½  tsp
  • Olive oil -  ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat the ulive oil in a pan and add all the chopped vegetables, diced yellow and red bell pepper, paneer,  spices, and sauce. Saute the mixture for a few minutes. Step 2 Add chopped coriander and cooked brown rice to the pan with the mixture and saute once again. Step 3 Serve it in a bowl and enjoy! Step 4 You can add tofu - 50 g/ chicken - 100 g, instead of paneer.
