Masala Soda is a delicious refreshing summer drink.  Both lemon and water help in clarifying our system removing toxins and making our skin glow.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Kokum sherbet [concentrated] - 2 tsp 
  • Black peppercorns [crushed] - a pinch
  • Rock salt - ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Crushed ice - As required 
  • Chilled drinking soda - 1 cup [100 ml]
  • Fresh mint leaves [crushed] - 1 tsp 

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine the kokum sherbet, rock salt, crushed peppercorns, lime juice and crushed ice cubes in a glass jar and stir to mix well. Step 2 Pour it into a glass. Step 3 Top up a glass with soda and stir well. Step 4 Garnish with torn fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
