Pistachios are rich in anti-oxidants, they are high in lutein and zeaxanthin, both promoting eye health. They are low in calories and have higher portions of amino acids as compared to other nuts.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Pistachios - 30g
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Matcha powder - 1 tsp 
  • Honey - 1 tsp 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend the pistachios in a food processor until smooth. Step 2 Add the salt, matcha, and honey, and blend to incorporate. Step 3 Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
