Methi helps in lowering blood sugar levels, iron, and magnesium, boosting testosterone and increasing the production of milk in breastfeeding mothers. This sabzi is usually had with roti.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Fenugreek leaves [chopped] - 100 g 
  • Besan - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp 
  • Cumin Seeds - ¼ tsp
  • Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
  • Garlic  [crushed] - 1 tbsp 
  • Red Chili Powder - ½  tsp 
  • Turmeric Powder - ½  tsp
  • Cumin and Coriander Powder - ½  tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Water - as required 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Once the oil is hot, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, garlic, besan,  salt,  red chilli powder, cumin, and coriander powder and roast it together for a while.  Step 2 Boil the fenugreek leaves in a separate vessel and remove excess water  Step 3 Mix the besan base and fenugreek leaves altogether, until we get a thick consistency. Step 4 Add water as per requirement. Step 5 Serve hot in a bowl with chapati.
