INGREDIENTS:
  • Warm water - 1 mug
  • Ginger - 2 tablets (1 inch approx) 
  • Turmeric - ½ tsp 
  • Mint leaves - 2 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take a mug/mason jar, and pour warm water in it. Step 2 Add 2 tablets(slices) of peeled ginger to the water. Step 3 Now add mint leaves and lastly, half teaspoon turmeric to it. Step 4 If you want you can add honey or lemon to the drink as well. Step 5 Stir everything nicely, cover the mug with a lid for 10 minutes. Step 6 Sip on the drink while hot!
