Limeade is a delicious thirst quencher. Lemon water makes for a powerful detox drink; lemon juice helps to cleanse and alkalize the body. Mint adds a touch of sweetness without the sugar, and it also helps settle your stomach and aids in digestion.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh mint leaves - 3 no.
  • Cold water - 1 glass
  • Fresh lime juice - 2 tsp
  • Sugar-free tablet - ½ (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add mint; gently break up mint with muddler or spoon.  Step 2 Add lemon juice. Fill glass with ice.  Step 3 Top with water; stir. Garnish with lemon slices. Step 4 Add sugar-free tablet it is up to you if you want to add.
