  • Bottle gourd - 1tbsp
  • Carrots - 1tbsp
  • Water - 1 cup
Step 1 Combine the bottle gourd, cauliflower & carrots in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water & pressure cook for 1 whistle in slow flame. Step 2 Coul the puree into a smooth soup. Step 3 Strain the soup & serve.
