Mix fruit chia seed breakfast bowls are a perfect way to include good fats,fiber, protein, iron and antioxidant in your diet. Chia seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids which help increase the HDL cholesterol. Helps in weight loss as it provides satiety.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mango (frozen) - 2 slices
  • Pineapple(frozen) - 2 slices
  • Banana - 1 no.
  • Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Nut milk/ yogurt (unsweetened) -  1 cup 
  • Kiwi - ½ piece
  • Water (to adjust consistency)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix chia seeds and nut milk/ yogurt together and soak it overnight. Step 2 In a blender add the frozen mango & pineapple along with the soaked chia seed mixture and blend it. Step 3 In a bowl add the blended mixture and garnish it with chopped kiwi and banana and enjoy! (You can add fruits of your choice as well.)
