This juice will help you to keep hydrated, providing essential nutrients such as potassium, vitamins etc. Bananas contain digestible carbohydrates and potassium, which give support in a workout. Apple juice provides with a good amount of vitamin A, C and B6, phosphorous and magnesium.

INGREDIENTS:
  • ½ - cup apple [chopped]
  • 1 - small banana 
  • 1 - tbsp. oats 
  • 1 - tsp. spirulina powder 
  • 8 to 12 - almonds ( chopped )
  • Water - required to adjust consistency.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend the banana, apple and the oats with water until smooth.  Step 2 Add spirulina powder, to it.  Step 3 Add the almonds (chopped) at the end. Enjoy!
