INGREDIENTS:

  • Moong Sprouts - 2 tbsp
  • Apple [chopped] - 2 tbsp 
  • Lettuce [shredded] - 3 tbsp
  • Carrot [grated] - 1 tbsp 
  • Cucumber [chopped] - 1 tbsp 
For the Dressing:
  • Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  • Mint paste - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Pepper powder - as per taste 

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Cut and chop all ingredients as mentioned.  Step 2 Mix all the vegetables and sprouts. Step 3 Make the dressing by mixing all ingredients of the dressing. Add the dressing to the vegetables.  Step 4 Mix well. Serve culd.
