Carrots have the ability to increase the health of your skin, boost the immune system, improve digestion, increase cardiovascular health, detoxify the body, and boost oral health in a variety of ways.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Moong sprouts (sprouted & boiled) - 30 gm
  • Cabbage (chopped) - 10 gm
  • Carrot (grated) - 15 gm
  • Tomato (chopped) - 15 gm
  • Onion (chopped) -  15 gm
  • Coriander (chopped) -  2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli -  1 no.
  • Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix all the ingredients listed in a bowl except salt and lemon juice. Step 2 Season with salt and add few drops of lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves. Step 3 Serve immediately.
