So the obese people should regularly use sprouts in diet as it helps to fill your stomach and also reduces the feeling of hungriness. Carrots have the ability to increase the health of your skin, boost the immune system, improve digestion, increase cardiovascular health, detoxify the body, and boost oral health in a variety of ways.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Moong sprouts (sprouted & boiled) - 30 gm
  • Cabbage (chopped) - 10 gm
  • Carrot (grated) - 15 gm
  • Tomato (chopped) - 15 gm
  • Onion (chopped) -  15 gm
  • Coriander (chopped) -  2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli -  1 no.
  • Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix all the ingredients listed in a bowl except salt and lemon juice. Step 2 Season with salt and add few drops of lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves. Step 3 Serve immediately.
