The addition of flax seed powder provides omega-3 fatty acids. Yogurt is a source of dairy protein & calcium. These ingredients summed up can be a delicious diabetic dessert which can be a filling evening snack

INGREDIENTS:
  • Muesli - 2 tbsp 
  • Low-fat yoghurt/greek yoghurt - ½ cup
  • Chopped apples - 2 tbsp 
  • Chopped fig - 1
  • Flaxseed powder - ½ tsp 
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Layer fruits, yoghurt, and muesli in a mason jar or a daiquiri glass. Step 2 Incorporate flax seed powder and cinnamon powder in it the way you want to.  Step 3 And serve immediately.
