It has a low glycemic index and contains complex carbohydrates, which ensure a slow and steady release of glucose into the blood thereby preventing your blood sugar levels from spiking. INGREDIENTS:
  • Udad dal - 10g
  • Dalia - 20g
  • Rice - 10g
  • Fenugreek seeds - ½ tsp
  • Oil - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Soak urad dal, dalia and rice along with fenugreek seeds overnight. Grind to a smooth thick paste. Step 2 Ferment overnight. Step 3 Stir the batter, add water if needed to make a spreadable batter, adjust salt if needed. Step 4 Spread out on hot a nonstick pan like any regular dosa, drizzle a few drops of oil, cook for 1-2 minutes on medium-high heat. Step 5 Rull and serve hot with fresh mint chutney.
