Mushrooms are a rich, low-calorie source of protein, antioxidants, and fiber. They are also a good source of selenium. It also helps our immune system to get healthy and also, improves our gut health. Greek yogurt is an excellent source of calcium and protein which helps in improving bone health. It also contains probiotics, which support healthy bacterial balance in the gut. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mushrooms [diced] - 1 katori
  • Greek yogurt - ½ cup [50 g]
  • Onion [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil - ½ tsp
  • Garlic [minced] - 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs - ½ tsp 
  • Coriander [chopped] - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - a pinch
  • Salt - as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a pan, add ulive oil and saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic till gulden brown, add mixed herbs and pepper powder and mix well.  Step 2  In a blender, add the sauteed mushroom mixture, greek yogurt, and salt. Step 3 Blend until we get a smooth paste, sprinkle coriander on top, and serve with sliced cucumber/carrot sticks or multigrain baked lavash!
