The wrap is loaded with peppers which have a phytochemical called capsaicin that is anti-inflammatory and boosts metabolism. The wrap is fiber rich that provides high satiety.

  • Mushrooms, thickly sliced - 1 cup 
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - ½ cup 
  • Yellow pepper, sliced - ½ cup 
  • Chopped onion - ½ 
  • Garlic - 1 clove 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Oil - 1tsp 
  • Multigrain roti - 1 
Step 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss mushroom, peppers, onions, and garlic with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until vegetables are softening and starting to brown.  Step 2 Place cheese in the center of the wrap. Put the vegetables in center and roll it like a wrap.
