  • Nut butter - 1 tbsp
  • Banana sliced - ½
  • Hemp seeds - 1 tsp 
  • Pinch of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Toast a slice of whule grain bread. Step 2 Spread nut butter over bread. Step 3 Top it with sliced banana and hemp seeds. Step 4 Sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy!
