Nutmeg is a seed known for its natural property of being a Pain killer. It comes in handy for women with menstrual cramps. Nutmeg is high in Fibre and low on sodium hence it reduces Bloating and Flatulence. It is great at inducing sleep and keeping Insomnia at bay. Nutmeg detoxifies the body and alleviates weight loss.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Nutmeg Powder - ¼ tsp 
  • Fresh turmeric [grated] - 1 tsp 
  • Turmeric powder - ¾ tsp
  • Ginger [grated] - 1 inch 
  • Lemon - ½ tsp 
  • Water - 1.5 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Boil water with nutmeg powder, ginger and turmeric for a good 2-3 minutes.  Step 2 Turn off the heat and let the same stand for a minute or so.  Step 3 Add a dash of lemon and enjoy it.
