INGREDIENTS:
  • Oats - 3 tbsp
  • Crushed almond/walnuts - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Fruits - 1 katori 
  • Milk (low fat) - 100 ml
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Make powder of oats Step 2 In a pan add milk, powdered oats, crushed almond/ walnuts. Step 3 Cook for few minutes till thick. Add chopped fruits as toppings. Step 4 Empty in a bowl & serve.
