Khyati's Health-O-Meter Says:

An apple a day keeps the doctor away but an orange too can do the same. This citrus fruit is rich in Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant which boosts our immune system. It is also low in calories making it a perfect fruit for those who want to drop some weight. Combining it with milk which is a rich source of calcium and protein makes this drink delicious as well as healthy.

  • Vanilla extract - ¼ tsp
