A protein-packed pizza where India meets Italy! It is loaded with veggies and whole wheat base which provides high fiber content and satiety as well. Tomatoes provide us with a good number of conventional antioxidants, including excellent amounts of vitamin C; very good amounts of vitamin E, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), and manganese; and good amounts of zinc and chromium.

  • Paneer - 50 g
  • Whole wheat pizza base - 1 medium 
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil - 1 tsp 
  • Red chili powder - ½ tsp 
  • Garam masala powder - ½ tsp 
  • Chaat masala - ¼ tsp 
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp 
  • Curds - 1 tsp 
  • Feta cheese - 1 tsp 
For topping
  • Green capsicum seeded and cut into dices - 1 medium 
  • Tomato cut into cubes - 1 medium 
  • Onion - 1 medium 
Step 1 Place paneer cubes in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, chaat masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and curds. Step 2 Mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Step 3 Place the pizza bread with toppings onto the baking tray, put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
