INGREDIENTS:

  • White fish fillet, finely ground or minced: 100 g
  • Grated daikon radish: 1/2 no.
  • Carrot: 1 no.

  • Ground white pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Ground coriander: 1/4 tsp
  • Ground turmeric: 1/4 tsp
  • Ground ginger: 1/4 tsp
  • Chili powder (optional): 1/4 tsp
  • Vegetable oil (for frying): 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce or chili sauce for serving (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a mixing bowl, combine the finely ground or minced fish fillet, grated daikon radish, grated carrot, salt, ground white pepper, garlic powder, ground coriander, ground turmeric, ground ginger, and chili powder (if using).
