Peppermint hibiscus tea has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and stress relieving benefits. The health benefits of hibiscus tea include- management of high blood pressure and high cholesterol, better immune system, and reduced inflammatory reactions. It can also speed up the metabolism and helps in healthy and gradual weight loss!

INGREDIENTS:
  • Rose hips [dried] - ½ tsp
  • Hibiscus flowers [dried] - ½ tsp
  • Peppermint leaves [dried] - ½ tsp 
  • Water - 1 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix all the ingredients and brew them with 1 cup of lukewarm water.  Step 2 Strain it and enjoy the refreshing tea! Step 3 In case of pre-preparation and long-term storage, use 1/2 cup of each dry ingredient and store the mixture for a good 2 months.  Step 4 Use 1-2 tsp of the mixture as and when required.
