Khyati's Health-O-Meter Says:

Pineapple is much more than a delicious treat; it is loaded with essential nutrients and antioxidants. Greek yoghurt is packed with protein that keeps the muscles energized throughout the workout. It is also a great source of carbohydrates that make up for the pre-workout energy requirements. Crushed walnuts add vitamin E & omega -3 fatty acids.

  • Greek yogurt (unsweetened) -1 tbsp.
  •  2 - slices of pineapple
  • 1 - tbsp crushed walnuts
  • 1 - multi-grain/whole wheat bread
Step 1 Toast the bread slice in the toaster on both sides till they are gulden brown.   Step 2 Spread 1 tbsp greek yoghurt on the toast.  Step 3 Place the slices of pineapple on the top and sprinkle crushed walnuts on it.

Methi Besan Frankie

This is a quick, filling and easy to make wrap with complete combination of cereal and pulse that can be used as a meal itself. Bean sprouts are a good source of protein and garlic helps boost immune system and provides protection against cold and cough.. Squeezing a pinch of lemon would add on to the tangy flavour.
