INGREDIENTS:
  • Bean sprouts - 30g
  • Onion [finely chopped] - 50g
  • Tomato [finely chopped] - 50g
  • Cucumber [finely chopped] - 50g
  • Dark seedless pomegranate cleaned - ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli, [seeded, crushed or as per taste] - 1- small
  • Cumin seeds [powdered] - ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Put bean sprouts and pomegranate in a large bowl. Step 2 Add onion, tomato, cucumber and coriander. Step 3 Add cumin, lemon, garlic chutney, chillies, and salt. Step 4 Toss well to blend all flavours. Step 5 Garnish with coriander leaves.
