This is a healthy way of eating kebabs, as it is with cilantro sauce. Cilantro is rich in micronutrients and nutritional elements. It contains dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals like calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. Lemon is a good source of vitamin C. Vitamin C is a natural antioxidant that reduces inflammation.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Low fat Paneer  - 50 g
  • Cilantro leaves - 1 cup [100 g]
  • chilli [minced] - 1 tsp 
  • Fresh ginger [minded] - 1 tsp 
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Spring onion [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - ½ tsp
  • Peppercorns [crushed] - 1 tsp 
  • Salt - as per taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat grill/tava to medium. In a mixer/processor, combine cilantro, chilli, ginger, lime juice & spring onion Blend until smooth; add salt & pepper. Step 2 Add the cut cubes of paneer/tofu to the paste. Grill them on the Tava/griller for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve kebabs with remaining cilantro sauce.
