The protein in chicken/paneer/sprouts/tofu and other nutrients from added vegetables work on strengthening the body when we are feeling drained of energy and boosts the immune system and has anti-inflammatory properties when taken in combination with lemon juice and black pepper powder. This savory soup meets the vitamin, mineral, and protein requirements through the tasty protein-vegetable in a perfect way.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Plain water - 200 ml
  • Brocolli, baby corn, mushroom, carrots, beans, zucchini(Any fresh veggies at home) - 1 bowl
  • Paneer / chicken (boiled) / sprouts / tofu - 50g
  • Lime juice - 1 tsp 
  • Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add all veggies, boiled chicken/ paneer/ tofu/ sprouts in a vessel of plain water and boil it until well cooked. Step 2 Remove the vessel from the flame. Add salt, lemon juice, and black pepper powder and stir well. Step 3 Pour in a bowl, ready to serve, and enjoy it hot!
