Sweet potato, carrot & pumpkin are rich in carbohydrate and other essential nutrients. The amazing and delicious taste makes this a  wonderful choice for the first food of a  baby.

  • Sweet potato/ carrot/ pumpkin - [20gm peeled & chopped]
  • Water - ½ to 1 cup
Step 1 Boil the sweet potato/carrot/pumpkin. Step 2 Put the vegetable into a saucepan with water. Cover the lid & cook over a low flame until tender. Step 3 Blenderize using clean utensils. Step 4 Empty in bowl & feed.
