Apple is known to contain large amounts of soluble fibres and flavonoids. It helps reduce the oxidation of LDL cholesterol and does not allow it to deposit on the walls of the artery. Radishes are very good for the liver and stomach, and it acts as a powerful detoxifier too.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Apple [chopped] - 2 tbsp 
  • White radish [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Water - as required 

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Step 2 Add a little bit of water to adjust the consistency. Step 3 Sieve and serve
