Making and drinking up a blend of beetroot and apple juice fresh is a simple and effective way to help cleanse your liver and increase the rate that you process toxins out of your body.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Beetroot - 1 small 
  • Apple - 1 medium
  • Lemon - ½tsp.
  • Jaljeera - ½ tsp(optional). 
  • Water - 1 glass

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Wash all the fruit and veg thoroughly, put through your juicer (if you have a good juicer, you don't even need to peel any of the ingredients apart from the lemon, as long as you wash them well!).  Step 2 Add the water, mix well, add in a few ice cubes and enjoy!
