INGREDIENTS:
  • Greek Yogurt - 1 cup [100 g] 
  • Chilled water - ½ cup
  • Sugar-Free - ½ tsp
  • Salt - as per taste 
  • Rose essence - ¼ tsp
  • Chia Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Ice cubes - as required
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 To begin with, Rose Lassi, add curd, rose essence, sugar-free, salt and water to a mixing bowl and whisk it with an electronic blender or a traditional lassi hand blender till it is smooth. Step 2 Add Chia Seeds and add lots of ice cubes in the serving glass and pour in the lassi and serve chilled. Step 3  You can garnish the lassi with some fresh rose petals.
