  • Roasted cumin powder - ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder - a pinch
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Prepare sattu flour by grinding roasted gram to a fine powder. You can sieve it or use as it is. Step 2 Take a vessel, add sattu flour and water and mix well. Add juice of lemon, crushed mint leaves, black salt, roasted cumin powder and black pepper powder and mix well. Step 3 Pour into a glass, add ice cubes and serve.
