  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Water - 1 glass 
  • Honey - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take dried pudina leaves and make a powder.  Step 2 Take a teaspoon of this powder and mix it in one glass of water.  Step 3 You can also add lemon and honey for taste.  Step 4 Drink chilled.
