Corn is one of the most widely consumed cereals grains. It is also a rich source of many vitamins and minerals. Cumin seed aids in digestion. Coriander has multiple health benefits as it is a wonderful source of dietary fiber.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Corn [boiled] - 20 g
  • Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli [chopped] - 1 no.
  • Ginger [finely chopped] - 1 tsp. 
  • Cilantro [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - ½  tsp
  • Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
  • Oil - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Grind corn to form a paste. Step 2 Add all the ingredients to corn, rice flour, chilli, cilantro, ginger, lemon juice, cumin seeds, salt and mix it well. The mixture should be the consistency of the thick batter. Add little water if needed. Step 3 Heat a heavy nonstick skillet on medium heat and grease the skillet generously. Step 4 Drop batter to make patties into the skillet and flatten with the greased back of the spoon lightly.  Step 5 Cook for about two minutes until the bottom turns gulden brown. Flip over and cook from another side, both sides of the patties should be cooked until gulden brown. Step 6 Serve them hot or at room temperature they taste delicious.
