Corn is one of the most widely consumed cereals grains. It is also a rich source of many vitamins and minerals. Cumin seed aids in digestion. Coriander has multiple health benefits as it is a wonderful source of dietary fiber.

  • Corn (boiled) - 20g
  • Rice flour - 1 tbsp.
  • Green chilli (chopped) - 1 no.
  • Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tsp. 
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - ½  tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil - ½ tsp
Step 1 Grind corn till paste. Step 2 Add all the ingredients to corn, rice flour, chilli, cilantro, ginger, lemon juice, cumin seeds, salt and mix it well. The mixture should be the consistency of the thick batter. Add little water if needed. Step 3 Heat a heavy nonstick skillet on medium heat and greased the skillet generously. Step 4 Drop batter to make patties into the skillet and flatten with greased back of the spoon lightly.  Step 5 Cook for about two minutes until bottom turns golden brown. Flip over and cook from another side both sides of the patties should be cook until golden brown. Step 6 Serve them hot or at room temperature they taste delicious.

Peanut Butter

Peanuts are rich plant-based protein source and have a low glycemic index and they are also an excellent source of various vitamins and minerals like biotin. Sunflower seeds are rich in the B complex vitamins, which are essential for a healthy nervous system, and are a good source of phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, protein and vitamin E. Tomatoes and carrots are good sources of vitamin A which help in maintaining healthy vision and skin. Garlic has several health benefits like lowering cholesterol, controlling blood pressure, preventing heart disease and cancer. Sesame seeds provide calcium and a crunch to the chutney. Italian chutney can be enjoyed with lavash, ryvita cracker, open toast, and khakras too!
