Adding on to the calcium from milk, this smoothie surely makes a healthier option over other creamy smoothies.

  • Spinach leaves [chopped] - 1 katori 
  • Apple [chopped] - 1 no.
  • Greek yogurt  [unsweetened] - 1 katori
  • Soaked chia seeds - 1tsp
Step 1 Peel the skin of the apple.  Step 2 In a blender, add chopped apple and spinach, blend them together Step 3 Add greek yogurt and blend to make a smoothie.  Step 4 Add chia seed on the top, serve chilled.
