Spinach is well known for its high amount of iron content.Pasta adds on protein to the recipe.It is a delicious and healthy recipe for babies.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Spinach - ½ cup [chopped]
  • Whole wheat pasta - 1 ½ tbsp
  • Cheese - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - As per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add the pasta. Step 2 Allow it to cook completely. Drain out all the water and keep the pasta aside. Step 3 Cook the spinach in approx. ½ cup of water and allow it to cook on simmer flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Step 4 Add the cooked pasta, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well. Step 5 Bring it to a boil and coul slightly. Step 6 Blend it in the food processor to make smooth puree.  Step 7 Serve it lukewarm.
