Sprouts raita is a scrumptious accompaniment with any meal, which is a powerhouse of vitamins like, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and vitamin K. It is an amazing source of protein and has a high amount of dietary fiber. This raita helps in cooling your stomach, add micronutrients to your meal and helps you to a get glowing skin and lose weight.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Boiled mixed sprouts [moong, matki, chana] - 2 tbsp 
  • Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Curd [made from skimmed cows milk] - 1 cup 
  • Chilli powder - ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take the curd in a bowl. Add the sprouts to the curd. Step 2 Add salt and chilli powder mix and give it a good mix. Step 3 Refrigerate for an atleast half hour. [Serve chilled if you want] Step 4 Enjoy your raita.
