NOTE: For thyroid individuals, avoid raw cauliflower. 

  • Almond milk [unsweetened] - 1 cup
  • Strawberries [frozen, medium sizes] - 5-6 no.
  • Mango [frozen, chopped in cubes] - 7-6 pcs
  • Banana [medium size, sliced] - 1 no.
  • Cauliflower florets - 1 katori
  • Chia seeds - 1 tbsp.
  • Hemp seeds - 1 tbsp. 
Step 1 In a blender, combine the almond milk, strawberries, mango, banana, cauliflower, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. Step 2 Blend until smooth consistency.[Note: No need to soak chia seeds in water]
